£125 - £150 per night with a discount for stays of 7 days or more, 3 night minimum stay.

Rental rates are for the entire property.

We require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Check In Times: you can check in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10am on the day of departure.
Booking Deposit: 50% of total amount upon booking
Balancing Payments: prior to arrival
Damage Deposit: A £200 damage deposit will be returned in full within 48 hours of check out providing no damages have occurred.
Tangier Quay Boathouse is not suitable for young children or toddlers on the move. Babes in arms are welcome.
Regrettably the boathouse does not have disabled access.
